Rex was incredible from day 1. He was 1 of 4 companies I called after I had a leak from my roof. He was the fastest to call back and the first one to give me a quote. He worked directly with our insurance company to get the best remedy for our situation. He was always available and was very responsive. All the work was quick and clean. It is very rare I take the time to write a review, but my experience with KRC was exceptional from start to finish. Justin was my main contact and I could not have been more pleased with the service he provided. They were professional, prompt, and very patient in working through all the issues with my insurance company. The finished product looked great and really gave a new look to the home. I cant recommend these guys highly enough.
KRC was the first company out of five that came by to provide a quote for me. Justin came out promptly and recommended that I file an insurance claim which was unexpected. As I waited on the insurance adjuster, I had four over highly reviewed companies give me quotes. ALL of them told me that insurance would NOT cover this and to not waste my time (or theirs) with it. Due to this, I wasn't as optimistic as I once was and figured I'd have to pay out of pocket. When the adjuster called to schedule, Justin came back to meet with him. To my surprise, they not only covered my house roof but my garage as well. KRC even threw in some free upgrades! KRC provided an excellent experience for me and I highly recommend them to anyone. Their crew was extremely quick, did excellent work, and cleaned up everything afterwards. I've already referred them to several people.
Excellent roofing company, Rob was very responsive and reviewed in detail the work done at completion!!! Will definitely use in the future for any roofing needs!!!!
