KRC Roofing's sales representative, Justin Thompson came to our house the morning after I called him to assess our roof and even tarp it temporarily to help against further water damage. This in my book is AMAZING service. The work crew and leader were also fantastic and worked after dark to ensure the roof was replaced and fully functional in just 1 workday. My wife and I are so happy that we chose KRC for our roof needs!!

I couldn’t recommend KRC Roofing highly enough. Rex and Rob were thorough in their inspection, providing a detailed write-up for insurance along with on-roof and drone photos. They delivered on every step throughout the roof replacement/gutter repair/drywall repair. They took measures to protect our home from damage during the removal of the existing roof and left no trace of the mess when they were done with the job . A project manager was regularly at our home during the work and was easy to contact with any questions. Good guys, great work, I highly recommend.

Not having to replace many roofs in my life, I wasn’t confident with the process, especially dealing with insurance companies. KRC and especially Justin did a phenomenal job A to Z. Justin made working with the insurance company effortless, communicated well throughout the duration of the project, and made sure the replacement was done timely. I’m very happy with the selection I was offered and quality of the job overall. Finding a partner you can trust seems harder and harder these days but I simply can’t recommend KRC enough!

I had KRC replace my roof after a tornado took some of it off. They did a great job and the real work shows through 6 months later after we just had 70 mph winds for a full day that just tore roofs off of places around me. I was glad to come out and see not a single issue with our roof. We had other damage, but the roof was fine. I’m only writing this review now because I went to text the owner how well my roof held up to the storm and realized I never gave a review originally. Rex runs a good business and I won’t use anyone else as long as he’s in business. True review here.

Tyler didnt an excellent job. Was very throurough and even put a temporary patch on roof till I could get the contractors out who sealed it improperly to fix their work at no charge.

The work on my roof and gutters was flawless, performed on time, and the clean-up was as if no one was ever here. I have known Rex for several years as he was customer of ours. When a recent hail storm hit earlier this year I knew exactly who I was reaching out to. Tyler came out to our house and gave us a quick/fair and honest quote of the damages from that storm. KRC seamlessly worked with our insurance company and were able to cover all damages, and communicated everything to us promptly and professionally. All of the work that was done was top notch and completed on exactly the dates and times they told us. Rob was the project manager for us and did an outstanding job keep us informed of the progress. Overall, I can't thank KRC enough for their work! I have been telling all of my neighbors that have not had their roof inspected to reach out to KRC...I know they won't be disappointed! 10/10 recommend. This is an amazing roofing company that does high quality work. Justin was so helpful and patient throughout the long fight with my insurance company! We eventually got it taken care of. The crew put down tarps and cleaned up all of the nails showing how they really paid attention to detail. KRC Roofing did great work and it was a fair price.

This crew went above and beyond in replacing our roof after a large hailstorm. 105 degree heat index the day they started and they were there until the job was done! The time they took to cover the landscaping, pool deck and the entire perimeter of the house with tarps was amazing. The work was done over 2 days and the cleanup after was immaculate. All our landscaping was unharmed and I have not found any nails anywhere since the job was completed. Several houses in our subdivision have had roofs replaced from the same hailstorm and I have noticed that tarps were not put down around the houses by some of the other companies. Their landscaping did not fair too well. It’s the care and preparation that really stands out with KRC. They dealt directly with our insurance and took that off of us to deal with. KRC is Top Notch in our opinion. If you need a new roof, KRC Roofing is the ones you want doing it!

Where do I begin? KRC “nailed” it from the beginning to end. When I initially called, Lilly on the phone helped me get set up and the KRC handymen took it from there. Now I have a new fabulous roof, and didn’t have to pay much out of pocket since KRC helped me figure how I could use my insurance. Thanks KRC!

Justin came out and was so knowledgable and professional. He worked with our insurance company to get the most money possible from the insurance company. We were able to get a beautiful new roof, our soffits, fascia, and windows wrapped, new gutters and gutter guards. The transformation to our home is unbelievably beautiful. There were a few delays in getting the project completed due to weather and some crew issues. But otherwise it was a great experience and they did very nice, quality work.

My roof had hail and wind damage from the storms in May and June of 2024. I reported the damage to my insurance company immediately. KRC was recommended to me by my insurance company. Justin demonstrated extraordinary patience with the various insurance adjusters that were sent out to examine the roof. Finally, my insurance company approved the new roof we requested in April 2025. I now have a new roof! Everyone that I worked with at KRC was professional and friendly. I highly recommend KRC for your roofing needs.

KRC was the first company out of five that came by to provide a quote for me. Justin came out promptly and recommended that I file an insurance claim which was unexpected. As I waited on the insurance adjuster, I had four over highly reviewed companies give me quotes. ALL of them told me that insurance would NOT cover this and to not waste my time (or theirs) with it. Due to this, I wasn't as optimistic as I once was and figured I'd have to pay out of pocket. When the adjuster called to schedule, Justin came back to meet with him. To my surprise, they not only covered my house roof but my garage as well. KRC even threw in some free upgrades! KRC provided an excellent experience for me and I highly recommend them to anyone. Their crew was extremely quick, did excellent work, and cleaned up everything afterwards. I've already referred them to several people.

Justin and Rob were great to work with! Justin inspected our roof and found there to be hail damage, they came back with a drone to fly over and identify all of the damage. We were able to submit a very detailed report to our insurance company which approved our claim no questions asked. The crew did a wonderful job and our new roof looks great! I would highly recommend!

I had to have my roof repaiared and some interior painting done due to damage caused by a storm. They were excellent. The team came out quickly and replaced the roof and the interior painting was excellent. I cannot believe how quick the service was. I am a customer for life. I cannot recommend them enough.
