I have known Rex for several years as he was customer of ours. When a recent hail storm hit earlier this year I knew exactly who I was reaching out to. Tyler came out to our house and gave us a quick/fair and honest quote of the damages from that storm. The work on my roof and gutters was flawless, performed on time, and the clean-up was as if no one was ever here. Tyler didnt an excellent job. Was very throurough and even put a temporary patch on roof till I could get the contractors out who sealed it improperly to fix their work at no charge.
Last week's storms left us with a clogged gutter and downspout that needed to be addressed. KRC quickly fit us in in between appointments and got us back up and running. Appreciate the honest feedback, no upselling and advice on how to keep this from occurring again.
