Roof Coating
Restore and extend the life of an aging roof without a full tear-off. We apply seamless silicone coating systems over metal, modified bitumen, EPDM and TPO roofs to stop leaks, reflect heat and add years of service.
EPDM
A proven synthetic rubber membrane known for flexibility, UV and hail resistance, and a long track record on low-slope roofs. We install fully adhered, mechanically attached and ballasted EPDM systems, including Versico VersiGard and GenFlex EPDM.
Metal
Metal roofing delivers exceptional strength, fire resistance and a service life measured in decades. We install new metal roofs and repair, recoat or retrofit existing metal roofs with coatings or single-ply membranes.
Modified Bitumen
Multi-ply modified bitumen systems combine asphalt with rubber or plastic modifiers for excellent waterproofing and puncture resistance on low-slope roofs. We install torch-applied, cold-applied and self-adhered systems, including GenFlex ModBit.
PVC
Heat-welded PVC membranes resist grease, chemicals and fire, making them ideal for restaurants, manufacturing and buildings with rooftop exhaust. We install Versico VersiFlex PVC and Flex Membrane PVC and KEE systems.
TPO
The most widely used single-ply membrane in commercial roofing, with a bright white, energy-efficient surface and heat-welded seams. We install Versico VersiWeld, GenFlex EZ TPO and Flex TPO in mechanically attached, fully adhered and self-adhered systems.

One of the largest single-ply roofing manufacturers in the U.S. Versico makes VersiGard EPDM, VersiWeld TPO, VersiFlex PVC and VersiFleece fleece-backed membranes, plus the insulation and accessories for a complete roof system, with warranty options of up to 30 years.

GenFlex
Founded in Maumee, Ohio, as one of the first dedicated single-ply manufacturers, GenFlex builds practical, proven roofing systems. Its lineup includes EPDM, EZ TPO and modified bitumen, with peel-and-stick options that speed up installation.

Flex Membrane International
Flex has made thermoplastic roofing membranes since 1990 and pioneered PVC made with Elvaloy KEE, which stays flexible and resists chemicals and temperature extremes. Flex also offers TPO and fleece-back membranes, with warranties of up to 30 years on select systems.
