Perfect experience!! Rex made the insurance claim (whole roof replacement, initially denied by insurance but Rex worked with them and got it overturned) and entire process as easy as it could possibly be. The roofers were fast and effective and cleaned up very very well when they were done. I would use them again- but with these amazing shingles I won’t need to unless I move! I would recommend to anyone!

KRC was great to work with. They finished the job on time, exactly like they said. I have a dog, and I specifically asked about clearing the nails and scrap. The team did multiple passes cleaning, and really did a great job. I can't even tell they were there!!! The sales rep, Justin was very easy to work with, the Project manager, Rob, couldn't have been nicer, and David and his team did great work. I would recommender KRC to all my friends!

It is very rare I take the time to write a review, but my experience with KRC was exceptional from start to finish. Justin was my main contact and I could not have been more pleased with the service he provided. They were professional, prompt, and very patient in working through all the issues with my insurance company. The finished product looked great and really gave a new look to the home. Justin & Rob were extremely thorough and took extra steps to make sure my small job was fixed the best way possible - to the point that they realized that a better part should be used to complete the job, rushed to get the new equipment and still completed the job on time. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fair and complete work involving your roof or home.

Rex came out exactly when he proposed and gave a full detailed report with his recommendations. More than anything Rex was courteous and honest when it came to our assessment. Will definitely be using KRC roofing when it comes time.
