Excellent, professional service. Tyler came out to review the damage to our roof and provided a reasonable, measured opinion on whether an insurance claim was worthwhile. After filing a claim that we were awarded, Tyler and the rest of the KRC team communicated clearly what the plan was and when things would happen. The onsite crew was professional and did a great job of taking care of things and even putting back up some string lights that was beyond what was required! KRC was not pushy on money and handled all the insurance coordination behind the scenes. Definitely recommend!

KRC is the only call I made when I realized one of our properties needed a new roof. KRC worked with our insurance company to not only fully cover the new roof but new gutters as well. From the initial call to Rex the owner to Justin’s handling of the paperwork etc to Rob’s diligent and timely communication of process/install; they made it about as efficient and stress free as possible. I had to have my roof repaiared and some interior painting done due to damage caused by a storm. They were excellent. The team came out quickly and replaced the roof and the interior painting was excellent. I cannot believe how quick the service was. I am a customer for life. I cannot recommend them enough.

Justin came out and was so knowledgable and professional. He worked with our insurance company to get the most money possible from the insurance company. We were able to get a beautiful new roof, our soffits, fascia, and windows wrapped, new gutters and gutter guards. The transformation to our home is unbelievably beautiful. There were a few delays in getting the project completed due to weather and some crew issues. But otherwise it was a great experience and they did very nice, quality work.

KRC was great to work with. They finished the job on time, exactly like they said. I have a dog, and I specifically asked about clearing the nails and scrap. The team did multiple passes cleaning, and really did a great job. I can't even tell they were there!!! The sales rep, Justin was very easy to work with, the Project manager, Rob, couldn't have been nicer, and David and his team did great work. I would recommender KRC to all my friends!

I am incredibly picky with who I choose and looked at several companies. Reviews do not lie and there is a reason this company has ALL positive reviews, it’s because they take care of their customers. I was looking for a reputable company that explained each line item well and didn’t just go with an insurance company quote as theirs. Justin was amazing and took his time while not being overbearing, he knew I was busy and didn’t waste my time with unneeded sales pitches. They replaced my entire roof with upgraded shingles, and wrapped all of my windows, soffits, fascia and front door surround. They also replaced all of my gutters. Rob managed my project from beginning to end, ensuring nothing was missed! The owner Rex was even available if I needed him. These guys are passionate about what they do and the finished product says it all. Turned out absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. I can honestly say if you choose them you will have zero worries or regrets!! DREAM team!!
