Justin Thompson was referred to us by our friend, Alex Gibbs. Justin came to our home today to review a roof leak. He was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable & personable. He clearly addressed our issue & took care of it for us. He was wonderful to work with & answered all of our questions. He's a great representative of your company! KRC Roofing did an excellent job replacing my chimney cap. They also went above and beyond and removed an old satellite dish as well while they did the other work. They handled things with insurance well and were the utmost professionals! And the last few rain storms, I have not heard any dripping in my chimney from water leaks. I can highly recommend KRC Roofing! Ask for Tyler!

Excellent, professional service. Tyler came out to review the damage to our roof and provided a reasonable, measured opinion on whether an insurance claim was worthwhile. After filing a claim that we were awarded, Tyler and the rest of the KRC team communicated clearly what the plan was and when things would happen. The onsite crew was professional and did a great job of taking care of things and even putting back up some string lights that was beyond what was required! KRC was not pushy on money and handled all the insurance coordination behind the scenes. Definitely recommend!

I am incredibly picky with who I choose and looked at several companies. Reviews do not lie and there is a reason this company has ALL positive reviews, it’s because they take care of their customers. I was looking for a reputable company that explained each line item well and didn’t just go with an insurance company quote as theirs. Justin was amazing and took his time while not being overbearing, he knew I was busy and didn’t waste my time with unneeded sales pitches. They replaced my entire roof with upgraded shingles, and wrapped all of my windows, soffits, fascia and front door surround. They also replaced all of my gutters. Rob managed my project from beginning to end, ensuring nothing was missed! The owner Rex was even available if I needed him. These guys are passionate about what they do and the finished product says it all. Turned out absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. I can honestly say if you choose them you will have zero worries or regrets!! DREAM team!!

KRC is the only call I made when I realized one of our properties needed a new roof. KRC worked with our insurance company to not only fully cover the new roof but new gutters as well. From the initial call to Rex the owner to Justin’s handling of the paperwork etc to Rob’s diligent and timely communication of process/install; they made it about as efficient and stress free as possible. Tyler didnt an excellent job. Was very throurough and even put a temporary patch on roof till I could get the contractors out who sealed it improperly to fix their work at no charge.

I have known Rex for several years as he was customer of ours. When a recent hail storm hit earlier this year I knew exactly who I was reaching out to. Tyler came out to our house and gave us a quick/fair and honest quote of the damages from that storm. KRC seamlessly worked with our insurance company and were able to cover all damages, and communicated everything to us promptly and professionally. All of the work that was done was top notch and completed on exactly the dates and times they told us. Rob was the project manager for us and did an outstanding job keep us informed of the progress. Overall, I can't thank KRC enough for their work! I have been telling all of my neighbors that have not had their roof inspected to reach out to KRC...I know they won't be disappointed! 10/10 recommend. This is an amazing roofing company that does high quality work. Justin was so helpful and patient throughout the long fight with my insurance company! We eventually got it taken care of. The crew put down tarps and cleaned up all of the nails showing how they really paid attention to detail. KRC Roofing did great work and it was a fair price.

This crew went above and beyond in replacing our roof after a large hailstorm. 105 degree heat index the day they started and they were there until the job was done! The time they took to cover the landscaping, pool deck and the entire perimeter of the house with tarps was amazing. The work was done over 2 days and the cleanup after was immaculate. All our landscaping was unharmed and I have not found any nails anywhere since the job was completed. Several houses in our subdivision have had roofs replaced from the same hailstorm and I have noticed that tarps were not put down around the houses by some of the other companies. Their landscaping did not fair too well. It’s the care and preparation that really stands out with KRC. They dealt directly with our insurance and took that off of us to deal with. KRC is Top Notch in our opinion. If you need a new roof, KRC Roofing is the ones you want doing it!

Not having to replace many roofs in my life, I wasn’t confident with the process, especially dealing with insurance companies. KRC and especially Justin did a phenomenal job A to Z. Justin made working with the insurance company effortless, communicated well throughout the duration of the project, and made sure the replacement was done timely. I’m very happy with the selection I was offered and quality of the job overall. Finding a partner you can trust seems harder and harder these days but I simply can’t recommend KRC enough!

Where do I begin? KRC “nailed” it from the beginning to end. When I initially called, Lilly on the phone helped me get set up and the KRC handymen took it from there. Now I have a new fabulous roof, and didn’t have to pay much out of pocket since KRC helped me figure how I could use my insurance. Thanks KRC!
