Justin was my main contact and I could not have been more pleased with the service he provided. They were professional, prompt, and very patient in working through all the issues with my insurance company. The finished product looked great and really gave a new look to the home. This crew went above and beyond in replacing our roof after a large hailstorm. 105 degree heat index the day they started and they were there until the job was done! The time they took to cover the landscaping, pool deck and the entire perimeter of the house with tarps was amazing. The work was done over 2 days and the cleanup after was immaculate. All our landscaping was unharmed and I have not found any nails anywhere since the job was completed. Several houses in our subdivision have had roofs replaced from the same hailstorm and I have noticed that tarps were not put down around the houses by some of the other companies. Their landscaping did not fair too well. It’s the care and preparation that really stands out with KRC. They dealt directly with our insurance and took that off of us to deal with. KRC is Top Notch in our opinion. If you need a new roof, KRC Roofing is the ones you want doing it!
